The hotel was great and far exceeded my expectations. Rooms are a decent size, bathroom is almost brand new, room very well decorated and designed. Parking is free of charge and you also get breakfast in your rate. Please don’t expect a full buffet style breakfast. Tea, coffee, cereal, oatmeal, toast, juices and 4 hot items. The breakfast was basic but great for a piece of toast to start the day well. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Hotel is located close to Woodbury Commons Premium Outlet but too far to walk if returning to the hotel which shopping bags. . Also nearby is a Walmart, Dunkin donuts, target and Kohls. Would recommend staying here for anyone needing to be in Harriman!

Went here for the Presidents Day Weekend, even though I only live about 40 miles away, the wife wanted to spend the Sunday into Monday. Everything was fine here. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast the next morning was good. No complaints whatsoever.

Stayed here due to proximity to Woodbury Commons outlet mall, which is less than 5-minute drive from hotel. Very clean and updated hotel - everything in our room worked great and we appreciated being able to use our Netflix streaming account on the tv! Every employee we saw was always hustling and working, especially the housekeeping staff. Breakfast was the usual Hamptons menu, but staff made sure the food was always fresh and refilled. Pool area was average, but does include a jacuzzi which is a rarity these days. The pool is also open pretty late which was nice! I agree with a previous comment that the coffee isn’t great, but it was good enough. Was one of the first Hamptons in awhile where my digital key worked without fail. Would definitely stay here again!

My stay, 27 days, had a few initial bumps, however, these were managed superbly by Cathy, the site's facility manager, to my complete satisfaction. Thank you to the front desk team, Ish, Meagan, Kiwani, and others who treat people like family. You can ask for anything and they will go out of their way to help. The facility manager, Cathy, should be the GM, as she runs around like she owns the place making sure everything is going well, while the real GM was never to be seen throughout my 27-day stay. My business entails traveling around the US to train and improve hospitality entities, and while I was not at this location for this reason, I want to commend Cathy on her work ethic and care and concern for guests. I do recommend that the hotel invest in new equipment for their breakfast service, as the food could be a bit hotter, and the toaster, which doesn't toast well, should be replaced. Overall, I recommend being a guest of this hotel. This is a busy facility, but you are treated like you are the only person there, as I felt like this and I know others did too. They take care of many guests simultaneously, so give them the chance to do so if you need them. The breakfast is very busy, but the area is open and self-service of the buffet is easy. Enjoy your stay.

We stay at this property every time our team comes down to the area to play Army. The hotel is in a great location - super close to lots of restaurants, a huge outlet mall, and about 20 min from the base. The staff is always friendly and attentive - especially during the breakfast rush ensuring everything was restocked in a timely fashion. We have not stayed here since the new renovations which turned out awesome - it really feels like a brand new hotel. Regardless of your occasion, this is a great property and I give it my highest recommendation.
